Planting Seeds - Growing Pages



It is important to gather the right kind of seeds to sow on your site. Seeds being graphics, links, digital images and scanned student work. Below is a list of graphic sites to get you started. Some points to remember before sowing the seeds:


	Use a template to provide consistency in placing your seeds in the web garden. Gather the seeds that relate to your classroom and curriculum. Keep gathering them throughout the year. Some seeds will be perennials but some are annuals and will need to be replanted yearly. Do not plant too many seeds, because the the plants will become crowded and overlooked. Discard old seeds that do not grow and reseed with new information. Keep a look out for newer hybrid seeds!
